KRAV MAGA: Is a straight forward approach to Self-Defense and personal protection. There is only one rule in Krav Maga, WIN !

It was developed and designed so anyone can learn and apply the techniques quickly and effectively no matter their size. Most of the movements in Krav Maga are based on natural movements so it are easy to recall under stress and fatigue.

WHAT WILL WILL YOU LEARN IN KRAV MAGA?
(1) How to strike effectively and properly, so you don't hurt your
self while inflicting as much damage to your opponent as possible.
(2) When to strike and not to strike in order to avoid conflicts, or
end them QUICKLY.

WHAT TYPE OF TECHNIQUES WILL YOU LEARN?
You will learn to defend your self in many situations such as threats
from: Guns, knife, stick / Base ball bats even unarmed attackers.

HOW LONG DO I NEED TO SIGN UP FOR AND IS THERE A SIGN UP FEE?
